“Some stones do not merely hold history. They hold faith, memory, and the silence of centuries.”
At Hemakuta, this beautiful carving of Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, and Hanuman becomes even more evocative with the old Hanuman temple resting quietly in the background. A narrow path beside the sculpture gently leads the eye toward the temple, creating not just depth in the frame, but also a sense of pilgrimage and connection. In the golden hour light, the rock glows with warmth, and the sculpted forms seem to come alive against the timeless landscape of Hampi.
