CPA may collect name, email, phone number, date of birth, location, photography profile details, profile bio, uploaded content, comments, reports, IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, approval records, and audit logs.

Why We Use Personal Data

CPA uses this data for registration review, login, profiles, posting, comments, notifications, moderation, security, backups, and legal or operational record keeping.

Public Information

Public profile information may include display name, bio, location, genre, experience, website/social link, and public posts. Email, phone number, date of birth, approval metadata, and audit logs are not intended for public display.

Service Providers

CPA may use providers such as WordPress hosting, GoDaddy, S3-compatible or MinIO storage, email/SMTP providers, backup tools, analytics, and security tools.

Retention

Backups may be retained for 7 days. Moderation and audit logs may be retained for up to 1 year.
