Terms And Conditions

Creative Photo Artist is a photography community for photographers, learners, and visitors. Users must be 18 or older to register as photographer members.

Member Accounts

Members must provide accurate registration details, verify email, and wait for administrator approval before login access is enabled.

Community Content

Members may publish photo posts and discussion posts. Administrators may publish articles. Uploaded content must be owned by the uploader or properly licensed, must not infringe others’ rights, and adult or AI-generated content must be declared during upload.

Copyright And Photographer Ownership

Photographers retain copyright and ownership of photographs, text, and other original content they upload to CPA.

By uploading content to CPA, photographers grant CPA a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, preview, and share that content on creativephotoartist.com and in public share previews for the purpose of operating and promoting the CPA community. This does not transfer ownership to CPA.

Visitors and members may not download, copy, reproduce, edit, sell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise use another photographer’s work without permission from the photographer or rights holder.

Public Preview

Normal non-adult and non-AI posts may be publicly previewable and shareable. Comments remain visible only to logged-in approved members.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to CPA, its services, member accounts, or content published on the platform.
